Formation

"By this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples." - Jn 15:8

The Formation Apostolate oversees the spiritual growth and formation of the BLD Community members for service in the BLD Community and in the larger Church. It accomplishes this mission through its Service, Intercessory, Teaching and Word ministries.

The Intercessory Ministry are composed of prayer warriors who "stand in the gap" on behalf of others and the community. We believe in the power of prayer and the innumerable graces obtained most especially by group prayer.

The Teaching Ministry aims to equip the members with basic Christian teachings through the conduct of the Christian Discipleship Formation Program, a three year service/intercessory/education track for Life in the Spirit Seminar graduates.

The Word Ministry aims to encourage members to live out the Gospel through daily scripture readings and other spiritual readings. It is also responsible for the development of the newsletter and other publications.
